RETURN POLICY
At Adagio Jewel, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.
*NOTE: we do not provide return labels and the return costs must be paid by the costumer. This is because we cover the shipping cost on all orders so that you can enjoy free shipping from the start. It is important not to send the product without first requesting a return, as it will not be accepted.

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

Personalized, engraved, or custom-made pieces are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

We will provide you with return instructions and shipping details.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at infoadagiojewel@gmail.com.
